Xander Bogaerts (SS)  BOS - A+
Bogaerts has seen his power numbers drop in his first season at the High-A level, but the Red Sox organization are still pleased with the young infielder's development in 2012, the Providence Journal reports. A year after exploding on the scene at Low-A Greenville (16 homers, .509 slugging, 72 games), Bogaerts is hitting .271/.350/.407 with three homers and 18 RBI through 37 games for High-A Salem.

Anthony Ranaudo (P)  BOS - AA
Ranaudo gave up five runs on three hits and five walks while striking out four in 4.2 innings for Double-A Portland on Monday.

Trent Oeltjen (OF)  LA - AAA
Oeltjen has cleared waivers and has reported to Triple-A Albuquerque, the Dodgers' official site reports.

Jared Mitchell (OF)  CHI-A - AA
Mitchell has gone cold over his last 10 games for Double-A Birmingham, hitting .176/.282/.353 with 15 strikeouts over that span.

Jonathan Galvez (2B)  SD - AA
Galvez is 10-for-28 (.357) since joining Double-A San Antonio from extended spring training. The 21-year-old has one home run, five RBI and one steal through eight games for the Missions.

Jonathan Singleton (1B)  HOU - AA
Singleton is batting .293/.407/.493 with five home runs, 23 RBI and two steals through 40 games for Double-A Corpus Christi.

Michael Choice (OF)  OAK - AA
Choice is batting .264/.353/.352 with three home runs, 19 RBI and two steals through 41 games for Double-A Midland.

Chase Anderson (P)  AZ - AA
Anderson was removed from his start Saturday with an elbow issue, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

Eduardo Nunez (SS)  NY-A - AAA
Nunez (thumb) has been placed on the 7-day DL, the Yankees'official site reports.
