Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio: MLB Trivia

Seventy years ago today, Joltin' Joe had a hit against the Chicago White Sox.  DiMaggio had at least one hit in the next 55 games after that, and his 56 game hitting streak is a record that stands today.  That got me thinking about some other all-time great hitters, which leads to today's trivia challenge...

Single:  There are only three players with 3,000 or more career hits that are not in the Hall of Fame.  Name them.

Double:  Only one player has been the league leader in hits for a season in both the AL and NL.  Name him (bonus points if you can name the two teams he did it with).

Triple:  Only one player has been the league leader in hits for a season on three different teams.  Name him (bonus points if you can name the three teams he did it with).

Home Run:  Only two players have had 100 or more hits from each side of the plate in a season.  Name them.

Grand Slam:  Only one team has had two players that each led the league in hits for three or more consecutive seasons.  Name the team and the two players.
