Jackson defeated Dean Barry via DQ (eye gouge) at 3:52 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Jackson was getting beaten up by Barry, but two horrendous fouls (one low blow and one eye gouge) resulted in the latter eventually being disqualified by referee Chris Tognoni when Jackson was unable to continue. There is an overwhelming likelihood this goes down as the "highlight" of Jackson's UFC run, but at least he's in the official win column.

Jackson is scheduled to fight Dean Barry in a welterweight bout at UFC's April 23 event, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport Nederland reports.
