Guerreiro suffered a ligament and capsule injury in his ankle after being subbed off early over the weekend against Stuttgart, the club announced.
ANALYSIS
Guerreiro is set to miss the next couple of games and possibly even the remainder of the season due to his new issues, as there are only three matches and two weeks left in the season. This will also be a decent loss for the club, as he was a starter in the first leg of their UCL semifinal with Real Madrid and has served in a decent role this campaign, starting in 17 of his 27 appearances. He will now look for a recovery with no setbacks and to retake the field this season, with his chance of returning taking a tremendous boost if Bayern advances to the UCL final.
