Bucks Dominant In Detroit
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the host Detroit Pistons, 117-89, at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday evening.

Despite missing Brook Lopez (back), Jrue Holiday (ankle), Khris Middleton (COVID-19) and Donte DiVincenzo (ankle), the Bucks jumped out to a solid start with a, 27-20, lead after one quarter, and they kept the pressure on through the second, outscoring the hosts, 30-19, to make it an 18-point game by halftime. The Pistons had no answers in the second half, as the Bucks added another 10 points to their advantage after three quarters, which was more than enough to put the game out of reach.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 28 points, nine assists, eight rebounds and four blocks, in 27 minutes. Pat Connaughton added 16 points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals, while Jordan Nwora tallied 16 points, four rebounds and three assists, off the bench. The Bucks shot 50 percent from the field, including 17-of-37 from long range.

Meanwhile, Jerami Grant led the Pistons with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting, in 24 minutes. Trey Lyles was the only other player to score in double digits, with 13 points and seven rebounds, off the bench. The Pistons shot 32 percent from the field, including 8-of-47 from long range.

The Pistons (1-6) will look to bounce back as they play host to the 76ers on Thursday. The Bucks (4-4) play host to the Knicks on Friday.
