Kings Defeat Pelicans, 112-99
The Sacramento Kings defeated the visiting New Orleans Pelicans, 112-99, at Golden 1 Center on Wednesday.

Sacramento won all four individual quarters in this game, riding a 20-12 fourth quarter to their victory. It actually stayed within a seven-point margin until those final six minutes, with New Orleans hitting just four shots in the fourth quarter. The Kings ended up shooting 53 percent from the field while holding the Pelicans to just 43 percent shooting. Sacramento also outscored New Orleans in the paint, 54-42.

The Pelicans (1-8) were led by DeVonte' Graham and his 17 points and seven assists. Nickeil Alexander-Walker amassed 16 points, three rebounds and four assists. Jonas Valanciunas totaled 14 points, 11 rebounds and two assists while Garrett Temple had 12 points and eight boards. Kira Lewis led the bench with 14 points.

The Kings (4-4) were led by Harrison Barnes, tallying 23 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Tyrese Haliburton collected 20 points, four rebounds, seven assists, four steals and two blocks. De'Aaron Fox finished with 19 points, two rebounds and five assists. Davion Mitchell and Alex Len led the bench with 12 points apiece.

Both teams return to action on Friday, with Sacramento remaining home to play the Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans staying on the West Coast to face the Golden State Warriors.
